Chris a Service-Disabled Veteran, is a 1984 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, a 1988 MBA graduate of Boston University, and is currently a DBA candidate at the University of South Florida. Chris is a former Airborne Ranger, Gulf War Veteran, and Bronze Star recipient with over 39 years of professional, business, government contracting, sales, real estate development, and leadership experience.

Timothy is a Business Management Undergraduate from Parks College 1998, currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix Accounting MBA program, with a concentration in Accounting. Tim has 25 years of Professional experience, Management experience, and Business Leadership experience. Tim also manages his ranch on his off time.

Jose Lovato

Jose Lovato

Vice President of Operations

Jose Lovato, has a GB98 with over 25 years of field and field management experience.  Jose has managed Pluma’s subcontractors and crews in the field for eight years.  He is in a large part responsible for Pluma’s success as a company. Jose works closely with administration to ensure adherence to schedule, timely material delivery, and quality outcomes.
